Dill Pickle Ranch

This can be a salad dressing, dip for veggies and Inspire Crisps or a spread for Inspire Flatbreads and deli meat wrapped in lettuce depending on how thick or thin you make it.

Note, because of the nature of this recipe’s ingredients if left more than 2 days in the fridge it will get very watery. This is a rather strong flavored dressing so a little will go a long way.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons Light Mayo
  • 2 medium Dill Pickles, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Pickle Juice
  • 1/2 packet Ranch Dip Mix (save the rest to sprinkle on veggies you roast for another meal!)
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
Instructions
  • In a mixing bowl, add everything except the milk and mix well to combine.
  • Carefully add milk by the tablespoon stirring to combine each time.
  • Continue to add milk until it’s the consistency you would like.
