Liquids freeze in the winter. UPS does not pay claims resulting from bottle contents freezing and breaking. It is your responsibility to consider the items you are ordering and whether the weather will cause them to break. No exceptions.

We're sorry that orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our fast processing times work to your advantage.

Cancellations:
All auto-refill programs can be cancelled at anytime. However, if the program is cancelled before receiving only ONE re-fill shipment, or the first re-fill order is returned in full, the program discounts applied to the original order will be charged back to the account. Any product returned after the cancellation of an order is subject to the guidelines set forth in our return policy.

Shipping
Our default mode of shipping is Standard UPS Ground Delivery. An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3 p.m. Eastern Time will usually be on its way to you the same business day. Most items should arrive in 3-7 business days.

When you have ordered an item that is backordered or a product made available for pre-order, in most cases, you can expect delivery 3-7 business days after the item is back in stock or has arrived at our warehouses.
Once a package has been picked up by UPS, all delivery inquiries are most easily obtained online by using the tracking number provided to you via email confirmation or by contacting UPS and referencing this number.
In addition to UPS Ground, other expedited shipping methods are available such as UPS Next-Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Three-Day Select delivery. You pay shipping costs for these methods based on the weight and destination. Enter your order online and you will be presented with shipping options so you can choose between price and speed of delivery. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service.
UPS does not pickup or deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. Shippers count business days and do not include the day your package is picked up.
Orders to APO or military addresses are shipped the most cost effective method which is via US Post Office Priority or Air Mail and is very reasonable for our packages given the distance they are traveling. You will receive an invoice via email giving you a shipping cost for your package. Actual shipping cost plus insurance and tracking is added to the order. We cannot ship any ready to drink proteins because of post office restrictions on liquids.
We are sorry but we do not ship orders outside the US and Canada.
You will be charged a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Our shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information that you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee that the shipping company charges us for this correction and redirection of your package.
UPS charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including - but not limited to - refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for both Shipping and Return charges.
Sales tax
Currently, only Florida state residents are subject to sales tax collected by BariatricEating.com. Nutritional products are currently non-taxable items in Florida.
Damages and Shortages
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please call Customer Care at 888 777 4202. Merchandise damaged during shipping or that arrives damaged must be reported to Bariatric Eating within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact UPS so they can send someone to make a visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then reship product or issue you credit for the amount of confirmed damage. Discarding products or packing materials will void your right to replacement.
We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can make arrangements to have it picked up and the correct item shipped.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return sealed products that are suitable for resale in their original condition within 90 days for a prompt exchange for another product of equal or lesser value. There are no returns on Vitamins – due to volatility concerns with product tampering – no exceptions.
The verification of the sealed returned containers is up to the discretion of the BariatricEating.com Warehouse Manager and if the returned product is deemed unfit for sale no credit will be issued, no product will be exchanged, and the shipment will not be returned.
Product may not be returned without prior authorization from a Customer Care representative.
We do not allow returns of any opened products.
No product returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Pack any authorized returns carefully as the condition of products upon their arrival at our warehouse determines your ability to receive a credit or exchange.
